Rules
Rules reference version 1.0.0. A game keeps the configuration and content it started with, so an update never changes a game in progress.
How play works
Take a turn
The active player rolls or chooses the next legal action. Everyone else sees who the app is waiting for.
Inspect the route
Open any stop to read its category, owner, price, status, and public economic details. The ordered board list is equivalent to the map.
Resolve a landing
The server resolves movement and effects in data order. A purchase, auction, rent payment, or choice appears before the next action.
Manage and trade
Owners can use the displayed legal actions to improve, sell, mortgage, redeem, or make a named-player trade when the authoritative state allows it.
Resolve Owed
Only the debtor receives payment and legal-liquidity controls. If the debt cannot be resolved, bankruptcy and elimination follow the rules.
Stay connected
Live play needs a network. Reconnecting shows the last confirmed state and pauses required play; it never submits an invented action.
Optional rules
There are exactly eight. The host picks them before the game starts, and they lock at start. A live game shows its enabled options in the game view; this page cannot change them.
Jackpot on The Stoop
Selected Permit Fees build a pot paid to the player who lands on The Stoop.
Watch for: Moves fees into a chance-based payout and can create cash spikes.
Only board-data fees marked jackpot-eligible fund the pot; rent, purchases, mortgages, and ordinary card payments do not.
Double pay for landing exactly on Sunup
A normal dice roll that finishes exactly on Sunup pays two Sunup amounts.
Watch for: Exact landings inject more money into play.
It does not apply to forced or backward movement, being sent to Noise Complaint, or starting on Sunup; it can stack with the double-ones bonus.
No auction after a declined Address
An unowned Address returns to The Committee after its landing offer is declined or unaffordable.
Watch for: Reduces early liquidity pressure and can lengthen games.
This changes automatic landing auctions only; an auction caused by bank-directed bankruptcy still runs.
No income during a Noise Complaint
A detained owner does not collect rent or card-directed income.
Watch for: A detained player cannot collect income until released.
Sunup payments, sale and mortgage proceeds, jackpot payouts, agreed trade cash, and debt collection are not suppressed.
Bonus for rolling double ones
A normal turn roll showing two ones pays the configured bonus once.
Watch for: Adds a rare cash injection.
The bonus still applies on the roll that sends a player to Noise Complaint for a third consecutive match; it does not apply to release attempts or utility rent rolls.
Deal Addresses at the start
Each seat receives the data-defined number of eligible bank-owned Addresses without paying.
Watch for: Speeds ownership and can make starting opportunities less even.
Addresses are dealt round-robin after seat order is set, with recorded random order; no cards, cash, mortgages, or improvements are dealt.
Build without the even-spread rule
A player may buy or sell improvements on any eligible Address without keeping a one-level spread in its Block.
Watch for: Improvement levels can be concentrated and create sharper rent swings.
Complete Block ownership, unmortgaged deeds, maximum level, cost, and finite inventory still apply unless the inventory option is also enabled.
Unlimited Houses and Hotels
Improvement purchases are not blocked by finite bank inventory.
Watch for: Removes an important scarcity lever.
Purchases and sales remain recorded; the displayed bank inventory says unlimited rather than showing a misleading finite count.
